Instead of a monthly fee, real estate agents join through a standard referral agreement. Here's how it works.
📋 Agreement Terms
Listing side referral: 35% of your commission
Buy side referral: 30% of your commission
Term: 3 years from signing
Scope: Applies only to leads received through our platform
No monthly fees — you only pay when you close
✍️ Signature Requirements
Agent signature required on referral agreement
Broker signature required on referral agreement
Agreement must be signed before leads are assigned
Standard REALTOR referral agreement format
Compliant with all state real estate commission regulations
Why dual signatures? We require both agent and broker signatures to ensure the referral relationship is properly documented per state real estate commission requirements. This protects you, your broker, and the client.

What Professionals Say
“I joined two months ago and have already closed three referrals. The leads are pre-qualified and serious — not tire-kickers. Best marketing spend I've made this year.”
Robert M.
Family Law Attorney — Phoenix, AZ
“As a therapist specializing in divorce recovery, finding clients used to mean competing on Psychology Today. This platform sends me clients who already know they need divorce-specific therapy.”
Dr. Lisa K.
Licensed Therapist — Atlanta, GA
“The referral agreement is fair and standard. I only pay when I close, which means zero risk. I've received 12 leads in my first quarter.”
James T.
DRES Agent — Dallas, TX
“What sets this apart is the ecosystem. My clients get therapy, financial planning, and real estate help — all coordinated. It makes my job easier and my clients happier.”
No. Attorneys and therapists are month-to-month — cancel anytime with no penalty. Real estate agents sign a 3-year referral agreement, but there's no monthly cost.
How are leads assigned?
Leads are matched based on location, case type, budget, and your specializations. Our AI Concierge pre-qualifies consumers before referring them. You receive leads via email and SMS with the client's situation summary.
What areas can I cover?
You set your service area during onboarding. You can cover a single city, a metro area, a county, or an entire state — whatever fits your practice.
Do I need a DRES certification to join as a real estate agent?
No, but DRES-certified agents receive priority placement and a certification badge on their profile. We encourage all agents to pursue DRES certification for divorce-specific transactions.
What's the vetting process?
We verify your active license, check for disciplinary actions, confirm your specialization in divorce/family law, and review client feedback where available. The process typically takes 3-5 business days.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Attorneys and therapists can pause their subscription at any time and resume when ready. Your profile stays on file but won't receive new leads while paused.
