By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may modify these Terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Professionals (attorneys, therapists, real estate agents) who join our network agree to:
Monthly subscription fee of $149/month, billed monthly. Month-to-month — cancel at any time with no penalty. No referral commission on closed cases.
No monthly fee. Instead, agents agree to a referral fee structure:

All tools, calculators, guides, and AI Concierge responses are for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified professional before making decisions related to your divorce.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
All content on our platform — including text, graphics, logos, tools, and software — is owned by A Road to New Beginnings and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. Small claims court actions are exempt from this provision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any litigation shall take place in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability) shall survive.

Professionals who join our network agree to the applicable Professional Subscription Agreement (for attorneys and therapists) or Referral Agreement (for real estate agents). Full terms are presented during the application process at aroadtonewbeginnings.com/professional-signup.
Our platform generates revenue through professional subscriptions ($149/month for attorneys and therapists) and referral fees from real estate transactions (35% listing-side GCI, 30% buy-side GCI). Our core service to consumers is completely free. We are not a law firm, medical provider, or real estate brokerage — we are a technology platform that facilitates connections between consumers and independent, licensed professionals.
By providing your phone number through our intake forms, you expressly consent to receive communications from divorcerealestate.com LLC and our vetted network of professionals. Communications may include live phone calls, AI-generated voice, prerecorded messages, emails, or SMS texts. Consent is not a condition of service. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or emailing privacy@divorcerealestate.com.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of their data, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data). For all privacy-related requests, contact privacy@aroadtonewbeginnings.com.
